Delta Dental Associate Diversity Council Event: What is Sikhism?
The Diversity Council is pleased to invite you to attend an informative session hosted by our own Navneet Manko and Sandeep Randhawa titled, “What is Sikhism?” Some of you may remember the ‘What Makes Me Unique’ video from our 2018 town hall meeting. Sandeep was included in that video, and he stated that wearing a turban made him unique at Delta Dental. That video led to a request to learn more about Sikhism, and as a result, Sandeep and Navneet will share information with us all about Sikhism and what turbans are really meant to communicate. During these labs, participants learned about how culture shapes and affects work partnerships and leadership behaviors, our different privileges and ultimately how to lead with inclusion.
