My journey with DDNJ began in August of 1992 as a Claims Examiner processing “paper” claims. A few years later I was promoted to Corporate Review as a Quality Coordinator. In 2011, the department transitioned into what is now known as the Internal Audit department, and I am now a Senior Auditor. I cannot express enough, my gratitude for the countless opportunities that have been afforded to me to grow and learn on a daily basis and enrich my life.  I am proud to be a valued member of the Delta Dental “family”.

I joined Delta Dental of NJ/CT in February 2023 as Manager DevOps. I feel blessed to join DDNJ family. From the moment I joined, I was greeted with warmth, kindness and  genuine enthusiasm by everyone I encountered. The inclusive culture that exists within our company is truly remarkable. I feel encouraged and empowered to share my ideas, knowing that they will be valued and considered. The respect and support I have received from everyone has been instrumental in building my confidence and helping me feel like an integral part of  the company. I manage app services team, I am proud that the team has embraced many changes, they have accepted many challenges, is working very hard as a unit.  I am truly excited about the journey ahead and feel confident that together we can drive our company’s growth and success.

I started at Delta Dental of NJ & CT in January 1991 as the Receptionist. At that time, we had 98ish Associates and was called Delta Dental Plan of NJ. You may think why stay at the same organization and in the same position for 32 years? It’s because I love what I do and where I work. Please stop by and say hi anytime! The duties of the Receptionist have changed over the years but still include greeting Guests and Associates as well as being a resource for many other departments. Delta Dental has consistently kept up with growing trends in the workplace and marketplace. That shows with the now 280ish Associates, many of whom have over 20 years of experience with the company. Delta Dental rallied quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic and now offers a hybrid work schedule which even includes Summer Fridays! I am looking forward to seeing what the future brings at Delta Dental.

I joined Delta Dental back in October 2020 where I worked in the Support Staff department as an Administrative Support Associate. In May 2022, I transitioned over into the Professional Services department where I currently work as a Representative and have since been promoted to Senior Representative for the department. What I like about Delta the most is that the company provides various opportunities for growth for all their associates whether it is individually or professionally. I think this is great to have in any organization.
